Is shipping on my pen order free?

Yes.

When will my order be shipped?

Pens that are in stock will ship from our shop within 1 - 3 business days, Monday through Thursday. Pens that are not in stock will need to be crafted and will ship within 2 weeks from the time of your order. Please make notes on your order to let us know of any special shipping instructions or deadlines that you would like us to know about. We will do our best to work with you to get your pen to its destination on time.

Is my Pamlico Pen Certified?

Yes.

All handcrafted Pamlico Pens are certified originals. They come with a certificate of authenticity with the date made, pen name, main materials used, craftsman’s name, and identification number. Pamlico Pen Company keeps a logged record of each pen made.

Will my pen look similar to the one in the picture?

Every pen is handcrafted one pen at a time with heirloom quality materials. Due to the natural variations of hand-finished products, the degree of each pen will vary from piece to piece from the picture that is represented. Reasonable variations are to be expected and contribute to the uniqueness, handcrafted and hand-finished quality of each pen. Every pen is truly unique and original.

Your pen will look very similar to the represented picture. In the product description, it will state if you will be purchasing the exact pen in the photo or one made like it.

Does my Pamlico Pen have a lifetime warranty?

Yes

How does the warranty work?

Your Pamlico Pen is guaranteed for life against any manufacturer defects and to work, as long as have its certificate of authenticity with it. Ink usage/replacement, lost or stolen, abuse, and normal wear are not covered by the warranty. If the pen is no longer available it Will be replaced with a like kind of pen and the value of the one purchased. We will work with you to have a positive outcome for the life of your pen. This Warranty lasts for the life of your Certified Pamlico Pen.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. 

If you would like to change or cancel an unprocessed order for any reason, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit.

How do I return or exchange my pen?

No Hassle Returns and Exchange Your pen may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchanged for any pen of similar value.  We offer free shipping on the original purchase of your pen. We do not pay for return postage for returns, exchanges, and warranties after 30 days, but we will ship back to you for free. It is our goal to work with you and provide a positive outcome.
