Pirates Of The Pamlico

The Pirates of The Pamlico collection is inspired by the rich history and lore of the many pirates that roamed the waterways of the Pamlico and the local Atlantic coast.

These handcrafted pens range from Pirate-themed hardware and local woods to rare exotic woods from around the world. These pens will stir the imagination and invigorate the soul. 

During this period of 1663-1730, North Carolina was a poor colony in the British Empire. The landscape provided ample opportunities for pirates to establish operational bases. Besides Edward 'Blackbeard' Teach, the Pamlico Sound was roamed by famous pirates like Calico Jack, Charles Vane, and Francis Drake.
